Just back from a successful trip to London where I sang in a host of Open Mics and met some great people, including Pete Whittard the Operations director of the ICMP (The Institute of Contemporary Music) in London. There's a project proposal to put together a show of the best student songwriters from ATLA and The ICMP for a show in London the week of November 5th, 2012. It is a lot of organisation but I'm looking forward to the challenge and also the sharing of Paris to Londonners and vice-versa!
My gig is confirmed for the 12 Bar Club for Sunday May 13th at 8:30pm with the Rock and Roll Heart music featuring Nico and Ben and perhaps a special guest. Check out the SHOWS page for ticket information. The choir is back on and I'm still looking for gigs, so don't hesitate to contact me if you have any ideas.
I'll be working all week on lining up of sponsors for the Peace Oratorio concerts on October 17th, 2012 at the Alhambra theater here in Paris. I think you should be able to send any contribution you like very soon.

Notre nouvelle organisation :
Comme vous le savez, nous structurons de plus en plus notre association, ZAP MUSIC, qui nous
permettra de :
-Vous offrir des concerts nombreux et de qualités,
-De progresser individuellement et collectivement à travers nos répétitions et nos stages,
-De partager des moments de convivialités et d’ambiances festives,
A partir du 14 septembre les répétitions reprennent :

-Lundi 19 septembre :
Centre Culturel Irlandais 5 rue des Irlandais, 75005 M° Place Monge ou Luxembourg 19 :30hrs – 21 :30hrs.
Nous vous joignons la nouvelle fiche d’inscription 2011-2012, qui vous permettra ainsi de préparer votre
inscription, et de nous emmener votre dossier complété lors des premières répétitions.
Nous attirons votre attention sur la nécessité de la remplir entièrement en y précisant vos coordonnées
(adresse, email, téléphone) et de nous faire savoir si un justificatif de paiement vous est nécessaire.
L’association ZAP MUSIC doit pour fonctionner vous donner une carte d’adhérent annuelle que nous
vous proposons cette année pour la première fois (5€). Cette carte est nécessaire et vous permettra
d’être membre de l’association et d’apporter vos idées créatrices lors de l’assemblée générale de ZAP
MUSIC.
Pour bien débuter l’année et sensibiliser de nouveaux adhérents, nous vous proposons un concert de
reprise le samedi le 17 septembre en deux parties à partir de 14:30 (voir fichier joint).
Rendez-vous nombreux le 14 septembre et le 17 septembre pour chanter ensemble !!!

Following a year of sharing great times together and tremendous and memorable concerts, here is our program for 2011/2012.
Our new organization:
As you know, we have been attempting to consistently structure our association ZAP MUSIC, to enable us to:
-Offer various and interesting concert events to you;
-Enable us to progress individually and as a singing body thru rehearsals and dedicated sessions;
-And, just experience and share fun times together.
Rehearsals start again on September 14th:
-Wednesday September 14th :

Please note, that we would greatly appreciate it if you could complete this form with all the required information (home address, email, telephone number, etc), and to let us know if you require a receipt.
ZAP MUSIC Association will be issuing you a 5€ annual member card for the first time. This card insures you are a member of our association, and will enable you to participate with your own creative ideas and suggestions during the general assemblies held by ZAP MUSIC Association.
To start the new season with enthusiasm and to engage new choir singers, we will be having our first concert on Saturday September 17th, in two parts starting at 14:30 (for details please see attachment).
